It seems to be set at DIFFERENT prices on that site Tony ! I think it depends whether or not you "bundle" it with other items ! I see they also sell the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro X3D Joystick . This is the same one I've been using for donkeys years now , with no problems to speak of .
Their prices are very good , as compared to some of the dealerships out here in South Africa .
Cheers ,
MONTY.
PS. The sudden increase in price , might be the addition of VAT . If you live overseas , like me , you don't pay VAT at the source , but you usually get charged it at this end on collection of the item from the Post Office ! |

Currently listing at about $50Aust out here, I might have a look round some of the secondhand gaming places. I left a Extreme 3D Pro X3D Joystick in the UK with my son...duh _________________ All the best

Don't buy a SECOND HAND Version of FS2004 ! A couple of mates out here did so , thinking they'd got a bargain , but it cost them ten times as much trying to get the problems sorted out !
Tony's UK Amazon price , is a very good price , even 15 Pounds Sterling would be reasonable , when you consider how much I paid when it first came out !
I can't remember the exchange rate for Rands and Ozzie Dollars , but 50 Oz Dollars seems a bit on the high side to me Geoff .
Cheers ,
MONTY.
PS. Just been trying to sort out all my tools , as I'm coming out of retirement , and back to work tomorrow morning ! It's back to working with the same guys as before , same workshops , everything , except the rates have tripled since I "retired" ! I'm actually quite looking forward to it , well ... not the bit of getting up at 05:00 hrs each morning though ! |

Thanks for the advice Monty, I may wait and see if the prices drop a bit further. I only have one game on my PC at the moment, Age of Empires, that keeps me amused at times. I haven't played with flight sims for a good number of years. My first experience however was a short spell somewhere in Northamptonshire back in the late '60s when I had a spell working on a Harrier simulator, still very early days of course but a whole world up from the Link trainer
Enjoy your new/old job mate _________________ All the best
