Bob Machin asked me to publish this...
Subject: FORCES HOSPITAL PETITION
Dear Members
I have been passed a note suggesting that as Ex Forces you may have, at some time had to avail yourself of the excellent facilities offered by the various Armed Forces Hospitals. As you may or may not know all of the 'old' Forces Hospitals have now been closed and medical services are now being offered to forces personnel through the NHS (??). This even applies to service personnel who have been wounded or injured in today's war zones.
A petition has been lodged at the Prime Minister's web site asking that dedicated Forces Hospitals be brought back on line to offer specialised care for these personnel.
The petition can be found on the link below. You may perhaps care to add you name to it.
