If you cannot see the latest updates, this is usually because your browser has cached the web site pages and is only accessing pages from your computer hard drive rather than replacing them with newer pages from the web. So the first thing you need to do is clear out the browser cache:-

1) From your Internet Explorer Menu bar, click on this sequence...
'Tools' > 'Delete Browsing History' > 'Temporary Internet Files' > 'Delete Files' (ignore all the other buttons). This will delete all the temporary files and your browser may be a little bit slower the next time you access the web but will soon speed up as the cache sorts itself out.

2) From your Internet Explorer Menu bar, click on this sequence...
'Tools' > 'Internet Options' > 'General' (tab)> 'Browsing History' > 'Settings' (button) > 'Temporary Internet Files' > 'Check for newer versions of stored pages' (there are four choices): ideally make sure that "Automatically" is checked, but in any case make sure that "Never" is NOT checked. Now click 'OK' at the bottom and then 'OK' again at the bottom of the original panel. Your browser should now be alright and you will see the latest web site pages.
