Following the very successful and enjoyable weekend at Stratford, the topic of the next Reunion arose.
I was kindly volunteered to organise it, so will have to rise to the occasion. Watch this space and I will post more details as the plan unfolds and be in touch with members of the Entry next year.
If dates can be end of June and a definate date given by this time next year, then I will be there else I will raise a glass to you all. Reasons on this year's forum.
Well done John and thanks for picking up the torch. York sounds fine, lots to do there.
I'm looking forward to it already.
Dai has already suggested June, that would be fine with me, but is there any time of year that would ensure a max attendance? If we can post views here it might be a help to John in setting the date.
June sounds good to me to, but I don't know if thinking about Dai's movements is quite the image I want to be stuck with.
I still can't over how quickly John R. took on the job, it was magnifcent to see a keen volunteer really going for it. Those who weren't there will never understand.

Hi Guys,
It may seem rather early to raise the subject of the 2010 Entry Reunion in York. But, York is a very busy place and I feel that I should be looking for a suitable venue sooner than later.
I realise that it is rather difficult to plan so far in advance, but it would help me if I could have an indication of who is interested in attending. Not forgetting our wives of course.
For obvious reasons I won't indicate my Email address here, but I can be contacted via the Biogs page on the Entry website. I will then reply with my contact details.
I look forward to hearing for you all and meeting up with you again in York.
The reason end of June is that I plan to come to UK in May - I will be home on a Wednesday, flying to Canada the following Wednesday. I will be spending about a month possible 5 weeks over in Canada and USA and then returning. When I come home there will be about two weeks travelling around UK before I return home. If you can give me a definate June date - week end of sort of thing before May 2009 I can massage all my dates to suit. If it isn't to be, I am a big boy and will certainly throw my teddy out as I hex you
Seriously It would be grand to see you all, but needs must and I can live with it.
Reunion will take place on 01/02 October 2010 at the York Marriott Hotel and to view the hotel, please use the above link.
After booking, I would really appreciate if you you would let me know - email contact on my profile page of Entry website.
Cost - groan
Per room per night
£130.00 DBB Single Occupancy
£150.00 DBB Double Occupancy.
Dinner in the Hotel restaurant is included on the Friday night
Saturday night we have exclusive use of a function room with a private bar.
Totally informal weekend and an excellent chance for us all to meet up again. Hope as many of you as possible will be able to make it for both nights.
Any problems or questions, please give me a shout and I look forward to meeting up with you all again

Chuck,
You have sussed me out.
Was looking for an alternative plan for that weekend!!
As the unfortunate who was very kindly volunteered to organise the Reunion, I think I will make it.
No prob John, it only takes a minute to update. I have replaced the names from your earlier post with http://www.100th-entry-locking.org.uk/100_reunion2010.html , as the original list is now out of synch with the one on the web site. There are 13 names on the list now.
